The Operations Hub does not replace Centre Street’s existing platforms. It provides a shared operational layer between them.

Production Path
- • Adapter functions are the only place source data is read — swap their bodies for API calls, the UI stays the same.
- • API credentials will live in server-side secrets; calls run from server functions, never the browser.
- • Planned: authenticated users, role-based access, audit log, Azure-hosted Rock API connection.
- • Future modules: SMP Planning, Recurring Event Templates, Automated Connecteam Shifts, Automated Monday Tasks, Capacity Planning, Operational Analytics.
